In order to ensure the lowest possible pricing, we will adhere to the following shipping policy. If you have any questions and/or concerns regarding our return policy, please feel free to contact us.
• We deliver to physical addresses or "counter to counter" via Postnet/Time Freight Couriers all over South Africa. If you are not at home during working hours, then please indicate an alternative address such as a business address, as our couriers only deliver during office hours. If it happens that the courier delivers and no one is there to sign for the parcel, they will phone you on your indicated telephone number and arrange a more suitable time.
• We charge a flat-rate of R75.00 for "door to door" deliveries.
• Delivery of goods between 2-5 working days
• All shipping will be send with a economy service, should you require an overnight service, please call or e-mail for a quote.
• Once your goods have been sent you will receive a tracking number and details for the website to track your order.
Please Note: Our delivery service only runs on Monday to Friday. Saturday morning deliveries can be done by special arrangement only and any additional cost will be added to your invoice.
Your order will only be shipped once the funds reflect in our bank account or after successful payment via credit card. Additional payments via credit card, if applicable, is possible.

• No item(s) may be returned after 30 days of receipt date
• If the item(s) ordered, were ordered in error by us, we will provide you with a refund or exchange. We will also provide you with a pickup label to return the incorrect item. If a new item is necessary, we will ship it out at our expense.
• In the event of an exchange or refund, we will ship the new item or refund your purchase only after the returned item is received and inspected.
• We are not responsible for carrier/shipping damage. All items are expertly packed and inspected for damage prior to shipping. You will need to file a claim with the carrier and we will gladly assist you in the process.
• All items must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging
• All items returned must be in original condition and/or not installed/mounted
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION, RA# & RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM
Please email us at email@example.com for a Return Authorization Number and RA Form prior to returning any merchandise.
It these requirements are not met, parts will be returned via freight collect or scrapped
